More specific hosting information can be provided to authorised schools or organisations upon request.

4. Data Security Measures

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, including:

  • Access controls where applicable
  • Restricted administrative access

While no system can guarantee absolute security, we follow accepted industry practices to minimise risk.

5. Data Minimisation

We encourage schools to upload only the information needed to run each carnival. Typical practice includes:

  • Export capability for school record keeping

Schools remain in control of what is uploaded and retained.

  • Does not sell personal data
  • Does not use student information for marketing
  • Does not include advertising directed at participants

Any analytics used are limited to platform performance and improvement.

  • Corrective actions will be taken as soon as reasonably possible

Transparency and responsible communication are priorities.

10. Data Retention and Deletion
